With Lavender's in order to get them you have to breed two lavenders together. So would say more likely a dilute blue splash. I bred a solid lavender gander to our grey saddleback female and got blue females, white gander's and white goose. The Blue goose Celtic has.
With the splashes because of all the white in there it seems to dilute the blue some.

That could very well be it.... I believe Vivi has been told she has Lavenders. Soo thought there might be a chance of getting one... We will just enjoy them anyway I am a bit more concerned with their gender lol..

Now I am no expert at this but do believe that most of the splashes are gander's. I know you do not want to hear this. But any splash I have gotten have been gander's.

Me too- especially the really pretty showy ones with lots of blue. I have one now from Renae in CO. Going to send his feathers in for testing, but I just know its going to be a boy.

Went to my first fall show this weekend. In one show, Adonis was Best of Breed and Champion Medium Goose. Under the other judge he was RB and my young juvenile goose was BB and Reserve Medium Goose.
