I'm thinking of getting a pair of Sebastopol goslings. Ive raised guineas, ducks and chickens, how do they compare in friendliness and ease of raising? How old are they before they fully feather and can be outside? Any tips or insight would be appreciated! Also how do they get along with chickens and ducks? I currently have frizzle Cochin, silkies, quail antwerp, and crosses of the three as well as a Pekin and khaki Campbell's.

Get them as young goslings and communicate with them as often as possible. This applies for all kinds of domestic geese. Mine get along fine with ducks, even when raising babies. They do not like chickens near their nest during breeding season, but the rest of the year they are fine.
They don't fully feather for several months. I let mine sleep outside with the adult geese at about 3 weeks of age
(when they are more squish-proof) as long as the lows at night are at least in the 60s, just to be safe. You may think you want to keep them in the house longer, but they get so big so fast- you will outgrow brooders faster than you'd think. I use 110 gallon stock tank for a few goslings.
Also- they need to start grazing as early as possible. A predator-proof spot with greens to much on every day is a necessity,or they will become deficient.
