I think you've got the names backwards, the female is the dark one. White Sebastopols are sexable at hatch by down color. Girls are dark and boys are light.

They were vent sexed while I was there watching and I agreed with the breeder. I seen the males penis

They may have color in their background then. In nearly 15 years breeding White Sebastopols all my dark goslings have been females. I hope you've got a pair then. Good luck. Nice, healthy looking gosling you've got there.

I almost mentioned that. There are some of the breed stock that have a grey splash to them. And that’s my terminology, because I don’t know what else to call it.

Which I’m not really worried about because they are beautiful as well. I love them so much! The first thing I do when I get home from work is scoop them up and snuggle them. And the black east indie that thinks she’s a goose tolerates being picked up so she can be with her friends.

That may explain it then. The dark one may end up being a splash then. In fact they both may be. Update with pics when they feather in if you think about it. A good friend of mine raises colored Sebastopols blue, splash, buff, lavender, saddleback, gray, as well as whites. But if prefer just whites myself.
