Sebright - homozygous or heterozygous for henny feathering? PIC

I have that young sebright rooster, and i don't know is he heterozygous for henny feathering or not henny feathered at all.. I wanted to mix him with one of my hens in hope for a chicks that are heterozygous for henny feathering, but now i don't know:/ Feathers on neck are too thin, that's obvious, but what with the ones on the saddle? They look strange.

I'm not sure on the hackles, but my cockerel and pullet have neck feathering that looks like that.
