Hello there, i have a sebright rooster can i mate him with barred rock and red sex link hens.
and i have two red sex link hens and one barred rock, but one of the three not laying, how do i know which is which, i get one light brown eggs and one dark brown. any ideas which breed lays light or dark

The rooster probably won't be able to mate properly with your hens, though some can be quite inventive and figure it out, he will probably just mate their backs.

Every hen has a personal color to their eggs, so it would be best to watch them and try to see who's laying the eggs. Otherwise I would just be guessing.

He will probably mount them, but whether he can fertilize them, you will just have to wait and watch, every rooster is different.
