**~~>>Second Annual Cinco de Mayo Turkey Hatchathon<<~~**all poultry welcome!

OK I just set 18 tutors. As for the straight jacket, every time I read those words I think of this scene. (Cheech & Chong movie clip)

The Blue green and white are purchased eating eggs from a neighbor, the brown ones are from my mixed flock that just started laying this week, wanna see if my boys are getting the job done. Gonna be some Mutts with 6 different breeds of roosters running around

Quote: DH decided to wear one to work once too. The rule for the flight line area was "no short pants". This didn't go over very well either but we all got a huge laugh out of it!

Wisher, yes I lost my Lurkey last year to a predator. Here is a pic of her

For those of you still waiting on your straight jacket, it pays to put your order in early!

Sounds like I might be getting my eggs on Sunday!! What day are we supposed to set turkey eggs??

SUNDAY!!!!

If I'm known to dress this way in public at the PS farm show, do I really need a straight jacket?

Yes, kilt, chicken hat (hey, they they giving them away to us kids)

I think it might put you at the head of the line

Whatcha got?

Just keep in mind, my Slates and RP are all running together and the boys are ALL very active. Poults will be probably mostly crossbreeds. That's how I'm going to convince myself to eat them this year.
As long as they are Heritage I'm fine with crosses. They make pretty new colors.

Check my swap page for what I have available. I just updated, plus I have a TON of duck eggs that can go out tomorrow morning.

Well, I have the infamous Lurkey that I hatched out from eggs from Lotsapaints, the rest were poults I ordered from Porter's.

Sorry, taken at the height of mud season and they were cruising in last year's garden area.
Beautiful! And I know all about mud. I have ducks & geese
