**~~>>Second Annual Cinco de Mayo Turkey Hatchathon<<~~**all poultry welcome!

I don't think you understand the concept of poultry addiction: let me explain it to you.

You need turkeys. Because turkeys!!!

Sheesh!! What's gotten into you!??!?

Haha!! That's what I've been trying to tell my husband. But he's just so persistant on raising American Gamefowl!! I love the breed and the diffrent lines of them. But I want exotic, like NN's, Turkeys, duck, geese, an emu or two, diffrent breeds of chickens ect. I WANT VARIETY!! Lol not just diffrent lines of one breed. Lol. I need to look for a place to buy that will hold my poultry dream.

I always tell my husband..

"well.. I needed them.. and they were gonna be there anyway....."

after that he just shakes his head and asks me when they will be old enough for dinner...

Oh my. Can I come live with you?? Lol.

I plan on starting a small scale hatchery for here in south georgia one day. Still looking at prices of things and seeing what all it'd take to get a small buisness loan ect. Lots of homework! :)

Takes one to know one. Besides, we know what really makes you happy.

Honestly, though, you can't miss this Hatchathon, even if you only set chickens. It's going to make you VERY envious, though, when our poults pop, and you are sitting there all done. You could sell the poults, you know!

I know....sad huh. I really want some, I have heard wonderful things about them. But I would hatch them, and fall in love and then I would be in trouble.

Isn't that how we all got here in the first place? So it's good...

Oh my. Can I come live with you?? Lol.

She doesn't have naked necks. I do. You should come live here. I need more hands to help.

I know I could but I am afraid I wouldn't. :D

SCG- you are correct.

We just keep inviting others to share in the joy!
