**~~>>Second Annual Cinco de Mayo Turkey Hatchathon<<~~**all poultry welcome!

Got some photos of my Aussies today, thought I'd share.

This is DeBakey, the 10 month old pup. She's really starting to look like a big dog, now.

This is Monet, 1 1/2 years, so pretty.

and this is Miss Riley, grandma to Monet, great aunt to DeBakey, looking pretty good for 10 1/2 years old.

The girls will all be headed down to St. Louis for the week to the USASA Nationals at Purina Farms. Riley is stoked to get to be a show dog again, she's entered in 10 and over veterans.

I love Aussies!

Welcome aboard................everyone is welcome here!

Awww, Monet looks like my Riley (and I call him Mr. Riley), he was only about six mos. old in this picture.

Thanks! That puppy is adorable!

Don't know how much you will learn, but your sure to get several laughs.

I am fine with that!

There is no official around here! We're just happy to have folks pop in!

Great! Thank you!

I just thought of something while trying to remember when my chicks will be due to hatch. Someone should publish a calender just for incubating! With tips for incubation each month (kinda like the way the NPIP calender looks) and a troubleshooting guide at the back. It's just a thought, though.

Crap! Wish I had known about this yesterday. 1 of my poor hens got caught out in the rain & looked like someone used hair gel on her hackle feathers.

This would be a good project for Sally...

I use it for my hatches and it really helps.

I was just given a Leahy 416 incubator. The cord was cracked so I replaced it and it fired right up. I am trying to set the temp right now and it seems to adjust well. I just have to figure out how to run it. It looks like I can roll the eggs by pulling out the handles in the racks. Does anyone have experience with a 416? My two foam bators are full and I would like to start using this redwood beauty. Thanks Pat
There is a redwood incubator thread. I would go there. Luck you!
I need one of those calendars, bad. If you find one let me know.
Minus the egg explosion part right?
