A couple of snapshots.

Now this is the kind of sleeping chick that gets your heart thumping.


Our week old goslings cruising in the living room with DH.
snacking on chopped lettuce here.
it's amazing how quickly they grow.

And tomorrow the rest of the crew is supposed to arrive

The goslings are so smart and so personable........................I could have just them!

Love them all! What kind of chick is that?? Adorable!

This is hilarious! I think there are like 15,000 posts! Some people do come on the thread and have read it all!!! OMGAWD that's nuts! no no no way! I am so thrilled when we meet new people and when others help! its a relief at times to have other hang, a lot of bs as we have our quiet times, but I think that thread has hit any chick and incubation crap we could and in pics and videos! LOL

I would be, too, BUT! Remember how fast human infants heal? I'd bet pretty much any but fatal injuries would be well on the way toward healed, especially broken bones. But then, eggshells are designed to protect what's inside.

There are possible bacterial issues, the yolk could have ruptured, he may be in their weird and not be able to internal pip, he may have functions/mental issues from the drop. And probably a a few I am missing that will pop up

Silkie Sensation has 14 Guinea eggs from UpHilljill and 32 from someone else!

Wolftracks has a bunch of eggs on auction and posted a picture of nest boxes for her Bantams.

Loghousemom asked how to know if you are ready for a straight jacket.

Woldriverswolf90 said the first time you are crazy enough to put eggs into an incubator.

ThaiDye asked if Guineas ate eggs. Wisher1000 said hers did not! Wisher is locking down 38 eggs tonight!

ThaiDye’s hatch is finished! 8 have hatched!

NOtAFarm has 23 Turkey Eggs looking Good!

Wisher1000 is worried about air cell size! Pele has early Hatchers! There is a web cam! Mahonri is hoping for Naked Necks by next week!

Razadia is confined to the couch—Pregnancy does odd things including feet getting 3X bigger

….15 quail are going strong in the incubator!
