8 new babies born on the 2nd! The ones due yesterday under another broody have not pipped yet, but they were abandoned by original girl sitting on them so they got cold for a couple hours, so maybe they will hatch today/tonight they are from my 100% English blue Orpington and this is the first eggs to show fertility so really hoping the hatch

This is the sibling to the splash. She is actually black! The two that didn't make it were absolutely blue. Even wet they were silver colored. So that makes sense. Blue x blue= 25% black, 25% splash, and 50% blue. Can't see in the pic, but this one has the puffiest cheeks I have ever seen. They stick way out from her face.

I have a RIR hatched! I think there's 4 more under the broody. The quail still aren't doing much, but I did fix the humidity problem.
