Second case of sour crop, much worse this time, need advice please

I you aren't noticing swelling in the abdomen, then that is good. You could always compare her to a couple of your other hens.

I would probably withhold food for a day, let her have water and massage that crop, knead it around several times throughout the day.
When you do re-introduce food - give her wet mash, make it fairly runny. You can also give her a little chopped egg as a treat.

Awesome thank you @Wyorp Rock, I will definitely do that, she's back inside now and having a nap, she has had a little mash this morning and a little oats but I will with hold food until tomorrow.
When do you guys think it would be OK to worm her?

I would try to get the crop cleared before I wormed her.
