Second dead in 2 weeks

I have had my flock of 7 chickens for over a year. I am now down to 5. 2 weeks ago my BO was having trouble standing, breathing heavy and died within the hour. Yesterday I came out and an EE was very lethargic and having trouble keeping eyes open. Occasionally drinking water and now dead today. The rest of the flock is acting fine. Going to start on corid today. Any thoughts?

How old are they? What do the droppings look like, and pictures of a sick chicken or droppings can help. Do you see any bubbles/foam in an eye, sneeze or cough, rattly or wheezy breathing? If you should lose another bird, keep the body cold, not frozen, and contact your state vet for a necropsy to find a cause of death.

They are about 14 months old. So this particular sick hen is having foamy white/yellow droppings. No sneezing, coughing or Eye issues i can see.

She also has a lot of wet white/yellow on her butt feathers and vent area
