Second guessing!!

Can someone PLEASE tell me for sure if this is Bumblefoot or not! It's not on her foot, but located on her knee/elbow. I've never had any cases of Bumblefoot before so I want to be positive before I go cutting on my girls!

It looks like a scab with swelling from lying down or walking on the hock, especially if the bedding or ground is damp. Is the chicken walking normally or walking on the hocks? I would clean that with Betadine, chlorhexidene, or Vetericyn.
