Second time raising chicks and ducks

Hey I'm new, I have 4 chicks about 2 weeks old, and 3 ducklings around 4 weeks old. It's me second time with raising chicks and ducks. I used to have an Egyptian goose/duck. I dont know too much about raising them but I hope to learn and make my little babies happy.
