Hi, what is the success rate of shipping? Also, is 135 qith tax included?

Hopefully we're not jinxing ourselves, but we've had really good luck so far shipping both Priority and Express. However, with the USPS, you just never know. I will say that the customers farthest away from us have almost always chosen Express.
Yes, if you choose Priority, the $ 135 is the total cost for everything.
