Depends on what you are sending. If they are tiny seeds or flat/pliable, then just stick them in baggies and put in a regular envelope. If they are bigger, like pumpkin seeds or are brittle then a padded envelope works. I try to add extra's and little surprises to my envelopes to make it worth the postage.
