seeking advice on hatching seramas

i have serama eggs coming tomorrow! any advice for success?

I got a dozen in the mail. My advice is to let them rest for 24 hours. I only waited 12. I have only 3 left, in the hatcher, today is day 20. 5 were nonfertile. The others had something wrong ... like https://www.backyardchickens.com/forum/uploads/39865_spinningglobe.gif.
