Seeking Tiger Swallow Pigeons

I heard about them awhile back, and have no idea where to find a pair, or how to go about finding them. I'm interested possibly granted the price seems reasonable for a breeding pair of pigeons. Located in Webberville, Michigan. Anyone know where to find them?

The tiger swallow is a bird that must be plucked several time over a period of years . tHEY PLUCK COLORED FEATHERS THAT GROW BACK WHITE .To find birds try npausa.com or if you can find perry mueller in st. louis mo.. i will try to find another soruce also.
