Seemingly sickly 3 day old chick; husband terribly concerned. Help!

Im having the same issues and someone told me it could be Omphalitis and to treat with antibiotics in the water and clean their umbillicus with Iodine or bactine, I did both this morning and he seems to be doing better but unfortuantely I had already lost 3 before. Maybe something to try if it happens again!
