We got some turkeys in the mail yesterday. They seemed SUPER healthy, not a single one died on the way here. Then, they started making a 'gulping' type action and throwing their heads back we've lost 3 and one is dying. I don't know what to do because we've had baby chicks, but never turkeys. Thanks for any help! I look down its throat best I could, I didnt see any worms or anything.

Do you have them on wood shavings? The little dummies eat them sometimes but then they die.
It probably was shipping stress if not, as azygous said.

Not on wood shavings. They are on a wire floor with a tray to let them rest their feet. It has soft dirt in it, but I heard that they would eat little bits like grit

Turkey chicks are very fragile, you’ll lose a few, maybe more if they’re stressed. They are hard to keep alive the first 3 weeks of their lives.
