Will they take it back? I got mine from a hatchery. They were pretty clear about sexing not being 100% accurate and that there is always a risk when buying day old chicks. I hope it turns out to be a she. Keep in mind that I got my first ever chicks in february and my only boys were bantams. I wish I could remember exactly when my rir girls started growing combs. I was thinking around 12 wks.
 
They will take it back. I have a buff Orpington about the same age without any sign of a come coming in. @pinkmartin73

Can anyone tell now? Cockerel or pullet?
 
@lindalouly they're a little bit longer than my bo's with black on the end


Does it curl at all.... I'm having a hard time telling if it's a pullet or not at such a young age.... But if it is a roo. You will find out soon.. Tail bends... Comb grows and is red. And the feathers on his neck will be thin and pointy.
