I can only think of a couple things that sag at 48 on me. With men when they lose sight of their feet it is over.

Still cracking up over the title... The fact that she calls him "the boyfriend" with him there or not is ridiculous and disrespectful.

I probably cannot put to words the atmosphere there that day or the attitude change in the guy when she pulled in. It was definitely abuse in my mind. The poor guy was making an excuse for everything she said he should have had done.

Walking on the beach, I have plenty of opportunities to size up the physiques of other people as they walk toward me. I am never surprised by the age of the individual as they get close enough to judge it, whether they are walking or jogging, male or female. An older guy looks like an older guy, whether he admits it or not!

You know, I believe I read an article about some cougars
trolling the beach in North Carolina.

So from your point of view...an "old guy" looks like an
"old guy"...and you let him be? Keep trolling?

I think at the beach, they are referred to as "tiger sharks." Their male counterparts are "bull sharks."

Gravity gets guys too. If you think your hiney is as firm as it was at 25, you are imagining things.

Most men don't have the looks of a 25-year-old at 40, neither do most woman. Hands, backs of legs, chests, tummies, all show the affects of time. The skin is less elastic, the hair is not as shiny, and the face is not as tight. By the time 50 rolls around, things show. An outdoor job makes things like crows eyes, age spots, facial wrinkles show up earlier.

Just tell me what it is with guys, as they age, that hair starts showing up places like ears, noses, and eyebrows end up looking like mini-wings.

I kind of like eyes that show that a person spent a lifetime smiling, and the lines that a face falls into when it grins. I don't think that grey hair is the end of the world either.
