Seizure question

I know when they dustbath people say it looks like they are having a seizure but should i be worried about them actually having a seizure?

If that is true, then mine are having seizures and really enjoying them. They roll around in the dirt for hours on a hot summer day. I thought they were just enjoying the cool dirt.
