I am new to meat birds, though we have been raising layers for a little over a year now. I am interested in getting a batch of meat birds, but I don't think we want something that has been as harshly bred as the Cornish X. I do want something that will grow a bit more quickly than the DP birds, but something that will satisfy the people in search of "organic and natural". Any suggestions?
