If mama was black and papa was lavender, the chick should be black (unless she was split to lav, in which case it is 50/50 black/lavender).

Ok problem with the chick. It holds it's legs out in front of it's body. Like it can't bend from the hip. If chicks have hips.

Suggestions?

How do the toes look?

looks like things are getting better. It appears to be butt heavy. But once it gets the rear end off the ground it's fine. Normal?

give it a couple of days; just make sure it has non-slippery footing, and access to water & feed.

It has been forever since I have been on this thread! How is everyone doing. I have 3 Split and 1 Lavender for sale right now. They are all girls I beileve. What has been going on with everyones Lavenders?
