I'll have some birds for sale, not sure which though, I'll be bringing a bunch to Cobleskill this weekend, so what ever is left will be making the trip. Have to pay for gas somehow!

should be shortly Matt-well if the roos are trying the girls will be longer but that is a sign that they are coming into egg laying-at least thats what I was told and I fond it to be true-I use that as a gage when I see mine doing it haha-Mine took 8 months to lay-some still arent at 10 months old but Im patient:) I know at least 4 out of the 5 are becasue Ive gotten 4 eggs a day on certain days:) That pen I gather eggs numerous times a day to prevent any breaking:)

April,

Good luck at Cobelskill this weekend. Knock 'em dead, lol.

If anyone is considering birds or eggs from Brody's Broodello, it's worth the trip. Her birds are gorgeous.
I hatched a batch last March and these birds are beauties.

here are just a few....

1st gen Porc/lav/split cockerel. He has the most incredable feet & tail and his crest looks so good I thought he was a pullet 'till recently when he started to crow.

April, thanks again for all your help and for the eggs.

Hi Brenda,
Thanks so much for the Shoutout. These guys look great, I can't wait to see them at the shows! You'll do AWESOME!! This is the reason I have SUCH a hard time going through the chicks when I need to thin down, because I KNOW what they will look like in a few months.

But really you have a nice flock and will do very well with them!
