Which ones were you processing? Ive been thinking about doing large spring time batches also - turkey, quail and chickens. Which chicken meat tastes the best? I have a RIR in the freezer - but its from a baby I hatched and my mom processed... just cant eat her yet....
Gonna make my DH cook her and then surprise me....
