BUckeyes-- these are primarily meat birds, and good layers. I'm surprised they were not mentioned at all in the earlier posts.
A few project meat birds are out there. Freedom rangers. CHookschicks own project. I would go to the large fowl standard breeders for good stock. NOt necessarily SQ but certainly bred for meat and egg production.
