Seller on e bay plaguarized listing with my photo - even watermarked!

Okay the drama continues....I'm going slowly through the listings on paypal and YOU guessed it another stolen photo of miine but by a new person.....I just cannot cope....I'm so tired of reporting to ebay....Here's the listing....Does the photo look familiar:

eta: they emailed me back already and said that the colors are pretty much the same with some variation. So, I emailed them back and asked them why, if their egg colors were the same, do they feel the need to steal a photo that doesn't belong to them...

I'm a software engineer and I can tell you that there is no way to "secure" a picture on the web.

In order to display in your web browser, everything on the web page, text, pictures, even javascript must be downloaded to your computer. It gets downloaded to an obscure place, but if you know where to look for it, it's as easy as copying a file from one folder to another.

I also registered a complaint against that seller with eBay.

The other auction has been taken down. I sent a not so nicely worded email to the first person, informing them of how copyright of pictures works. I also told them they need to use spell check.

Actually you don't have to copyright your pictures, you automatically own copyright on them when you take them.

I really wanted to email her back and say, yes please, report me...

but the auction was down by then and I couldnt.

Must be a full moon or something, because Im just feeling ornery for some reason.
