Seller on e bay plaguarized listing with my photo - even watermarked!

If people have a windows version with a 'snipping tool' it doesn't matter if something is anti download or not. They could just 'snip' it and then use it anyways or...they can hit 'print screen' and then open it in 'paint' and paste it in then crop it...Nothing is safe anymore lol. Just fyi...

I hope ebay does something about it. I know lots of plant hybridizers who get thier plant pics ripped off and used on ebay by unethical salespeople as well.

I looked at her auctions, still has ONE picture's of Garry's eggs but the rest of them looks like hers. However the descriptions says there is a Marans egg for comparison but where is the Marans egg?

I bet Ebay got an earful from all of us who reported it to Ebay. Glad she got her pictures up now.

The picture in the auction does not belong to the seller. It was stolen from Garry Farms. The eggs I received were green not blue as in the picture. This is fraud. The seller told me that the chickens just started laying green eggs. If you enlarge the photo you can read the watermark on the picture it clearly identifies the picture as belonging to Garry Farms. So the seller did not have the item offered in the auction!
I was sent this information from the owner of the picture.

She is using the duck picture from feathersite.com as her duck picture. I am upset that she is selling EE eggs as Ameracuans that just confuses people even more they think they are getting one type of chicken and then are getting another. This type of person really makes me

I am never buying eggs from ebay just can't. She needs to do a spell check on her auction since she changed it, there are a bunch of typos. Just glad she took down your picture. Hope this does not happen to you or anyone else again. Does anyone know how to let feathersite know that someone is using one of their picture?
 
Sigh! She has found another photo from my BYC ee posting of the pen with Lavendar Ameraucana in it....And she cut and cropped it...

It's pretty clear for me, especially since there was a faint marking on the leftmost egg upper corner when I photoed!

See how she cut the right side from the photo? But upper left you can still see the mortar I put in when we did our slate floors...I know that floor by heart and our egg photos too!

She should take her energy for stealing and take some pictures I think!!! She would be miles ahead...
