That's why we have several bbq grille's and smokers.
If they don't sell, we use heat and smoke to liquidate inventory.

I put my 5 cross breed pullets that had just started laying on Craigslist for $20. Even at that price I still didn't sell them for 2 weeks.

It's alright we found them a good home where giving them away on account that she'll give us back our favorite chicken when we buy a house she a friend of a friend.

How old were they though?

They were hatched late August. Started to lay in February and March. Sold them the end of March, so about 7 months old.
