Selling chicks, chickens, eggs in Texas

If I were to sell hatching eggs, chicks and chickens from my house what would I need to do to do so in Texas? If I were to hatch eggs for other people in my incubator (for pay) what would I need to do to do so in Texas? Would I have to have a permit?

YOU CAN SELL FROM HOME NO PERMIT OR LICENSE. YOU DO NEED PT PAPERS TO GO WITH THE BIRDS YOU SELL.I WOULD ASK FOR PT PAPERS ON ANYTHING YOU BRING ON THE PLACE THE HATCHING EGGS I WOULD GET PAPERS ON THE PARENTS CONTACT THE LOCAL TEXAS ANIMAL HEALTH STATE MAN IF YOU CAN NOT FIND THEM CONTACT A LARGE ANIMAL VET THEY WILL HAVE A NUMBER ALSO TO GET PT PAPERS IT IS FREE JUST NEED TO TEST

Ok... so what are pt papers? Do I HAVE to have them? What is the purpose for them?
Test for what? I have no idea what I'm doing here, that's why I asked.
