I sell at our local crafts/farmers market from April thur Dec and they go instatnly (20-30 dz a week last year) but had to get creative in the off season, first I mentioned that I had them for sale at various places that I frequently shop etc - and found a some regulars who pay me once a month and I drop off a dozen once a week - I also made a list of my regulars from the market and send out a group e-mail to them when I have a batch, harded to meet with them now, but many still catch me every other week and buy some extras, also mention to friends/relatives that maybe work outside of home, my sister found that she has several co-workers and neighbors who want them so she usually buys 4-6 dz a week to sell to them, so check anywhere you go. also check out flea markets, local food co-ops, and other options as mentioned above, today I gave away 10 dozen to the guys who work a local organic bakery that gives away their day-old stuff (I have been getting a LOT of free chicken food from them so I wanted to repay the favor - they were thrilled and I came home with a car FULL of whole grain breads for me, my mom, some friends, and my chickens) so just get creative and you'll find ways to use them. PS as I was leaving the grocery store there was an out-of-work guy asking for food donations for his familys dinner... I gave him a dozen eggs and a loaf for the free bread (he was thrilled since all he'd gotten til then was some Ramen) - I don't like to give cash to folks asking for help because I don't want to support bad habits (smoking/drink/drugs) but will donate eggs, bread, and sometimes buy jars of stuff like peanut butter to hand out to them.
