Any special concerns? Im planning on selling some weather its here, ebay or craigslist. I know some states require a health certificate to import into certain states. Should I just put a disclaimer that the buyer is responsible for checking with their local laws?

If the hatching eggs cross state lines, you are required to have your flock tested for Avian Influenza and Pullurom. You will need to contact your State NPIP Office. What state do you live in?

The buyer is not responsible no matter what you write as a disclaimer, If the eggs are confiscated you will be the one gettign the legal notice from the state you sent them too. The minimum you need is you flock to be NPIP tested clean. Then you have to meet the laws in the state you are shipping to. every state has thier own rules, it could simply be NPIP or a permit. There is also a differance in NPIP tested and certified

The following is the contact information for the NPIP in Michigan that I found on an Internet search. Hope this helps.
