Years ago, we had a duck that got underfoot of our mare ... but only once. The ducks wandered around the horses all the time, so the big goof either didn't pay attention or just never even noticed. Apparently mud and mallards squish about the same.

Did your chicken have a heart attack? I am sorry to hear this. Is this a common occurrence? We lost a chicken and I brought it to the department of agriculture and they never called me back but I’m wondering if this is what happened

I think my BSL had one last November.
She was healthy and fine, and then that night just up and died.
