selling my eggs

I thought I had posted this but don't see it now.I have a sign out front and have sold 5 doz eggs and they want more i am soo happy.

WOO HOO for you! I wanna sell some too, but we're having a difficult time ourselves, just getting outta the habit of giving them away.

And....how much are you selling per dozen?

I had to ask for donations for chicken feed, after they stop laughing they usually cough up more than I would ask.....then when I have extra it easier to sell 18 for the same price as a dozen. Makes the customer happy.

I am charging 1.50 per doz.I have mostly bantams laying but the eggs are pretty big now more like small eggs at the store.Alot of people seem to have signs out now but I live on a busy black top road.Now I can justify getting more eggs for the bator.

people around here get $2.75 to $3.00 per dozen. $ 1.50 is cheap.

We pay 5 a flat or 2 a dozen where we buy ours, fyi.

I charge $2.00 per dozen or 18 for $3.00. All of my customers always bring an egg cartons when they come over to buy.

I enjoy selling the eggs, I've met some really nice people and it helps with the feed costs.
