I know this is a broad question but I have had some culinary schools and asian restaurants ask for eggs and prices.

Does anyone have a good idea on pricing? I am guessing more than my $3 dzn chicken eggs but not sure.

i'm not of much help as i live in oz.
but here they sell for $5.50 per 10 eggs.
chicken eggs sell for about $4/dozen so yes a bit more then for chicken eggs.
but if you are selling to restaurants you will need to sell them at wholesale price.

regards youri.

Might try and scope out local asian markets and see what they are going for there. If you have a niche like organic/free range etc, you could probably sell at store prices. That said, if you are selling to businesses that serve the eggs to customers, might want to check in to your local food regulations.

I sell them for $3/dz. It seems unfair to sell them for more than chicken eggs since they are so much smaller, take less feed and produce more eggs than chickens. I know they are a sort of rare delicacy in some areas and that can drive the price up, but the $3 seems fair to me.

Thanks for all the input. I am still researching and can't find any asian places around here the has them for sale.

I personally was thinking between $5 - $6 a dzn. But will see how it goes.
