Selling shipped eggs question

He has only ever bought two sets of eggs under his profile so I am wondering if he has additional profiles I will contact the other seller, and see what his experience was with him.

Sounds suspicious to me. I would never give a refund on shipped eggs, only replacements if buyer pays shipping costs. Buyer should know there's no guarantee shipped eggs will hatch. Sounds like a scam.

Yeah I am positive he is scamming me and he never even responded to me asking him for proof the eggs were infertile funny but I have eggs from the same flock at the same time that are hatching now and very fertile.

His statement about "Everybody giving refunds" is a huge, blatant, in your face red flag. Also, you and an other purchaser had an excellent hatch from the same hens at the same time. so... You are being overly generous by offering a second PRE-PAID shipment. And I'd be sure to leave a feed back comment. People look at those, and you want to be sure to cover yourself in case he want's to drag your seller rep through the mud.

Was it negative? I'm guessing that he can most likely add to it, or leave an other note regarding the transaction, just guessing here as I don't do e-bay much. Either way, cover yourself by leaving feedback on him. You don't have to do any thing more than give the details. let the reader be the judge.

I'm assuming he left positive based on the condition of the eggs he received. He can enter a follow-up right below his original comments but so can you. I'd wait to leave him any feedback until you see where this goes. If you've already left positive feedback you can enter follow-up comments too.

I think that I will wait to see what he does all though I am thinking about sending him pics of the chicks I hatched and tell him same eggs no fertility issues.

This con probably has a coop full of chickens free of charge thanks to the suckers he's already duped. I wouldn't even go through the hassle of sending him pics. I would tell him other buyers had good fertility and so did you, and you refuse to give any refunds on shipped eggs. He can't change his feedback from positive to negative.

I contacted the other seller he purchased from and this was her responce.

"Yes, he said they were fertile but they did not hatch. I asked him what his humidity reading was and he said 60%
I told him that was way to high and explained to him what too high humidity does to the embryo trying to hatch..

He wanted me to replace the eggs. I told him I only replace eggs for infertility but buyer pays shipping on replacements.
He kept insisting I replace eggs. I did not want him to hurt my rep. so I gave him a partial refund minus shipping just because I did not want to mess with it anymore.

I also filed a complaint against him for demanding an unreasonable request or whatever it says."
