Semi-automatic egg turner

I had the timer laying around and used a relay to run the motor so you can use any voltage (I used a relay so there is no chance to wreak the timer). I used the motor out of a microwave so I didn't shop for a motor.

I was throwing out a microwave when a bator idea popped into my head. I hatched 10 out of 11 in the above bator. Looks like 2 cockles and 8 pullets.
 
Redneck.. What I wold love to know is.. How did you built the rack itself in the second pic on page 1?

It is some kind of plastic? How did you connect them to the sides? What is the plan with the strings? I find it fascinating and would built myself the first chance I get.

yeah.. drill press makes it easier or a vise to clamp the plastic in. You should be able to find plastic cutting boards than you can turn in to one of those gismos. You could use wooden slats too.
