Hi! My name is Milo, I just started keeping chickens for the second time! I got my first when I was nine (a RiR and 3 buff Orpingtons) but something got into the coop and killed them. I still really love chickens, and I finally convinced my dad to let me try again! Right now, I have ten chickens (originally agreed on four, aiming for fifteen) I have two silkies, a salmon faverolles, two bantam Cochin (one is frizzled), a starlight green egger (who turned out to be a rooster.), a sapphire gem, a phoenix, a Rhode Island Red, and a black jersey giant! I really love sitting in my yard with them just watching them run around, and I’m super excited for when they’re old enough to lay, because then I can hatch and raise chicks! I also enjoy playing stardew valley (shocker), and I love reading, music, egl fashion, and psychology. My parents are split, so I only get to be with my chickens half the time, but my mom does let me go over just to hang out with them. At one house, I live with my mom, my grandma, two dogs, and two cats, and at the other, I live with my dad and our two cats, and my brothers switch back and forth with me. I’m super excited to share my journey here and see some of y’all’s, too!
