Semi-open eyes on chick

I've got a barred rock poulet for about a month now (should be 2-2.5 months old) and all this time she has her eyelids semi-closed. She eats and drinks and forages normally, is quite active and follows the rest of the flock at their activities.
Would it be something of concern?

I have a buff orpington that has something of the same look. I'd say as long as there are no bubbles coming from her eyes and she has no respiratory issues, and no other eye discharge- that might just be her genes.

Let's hope so. Is there any major disease though that can cause this symptom? I am wondering whether I should isolate it it for a couple of weeks from the rest of the flock.
