Semi tailed Tufted Araucana hen or rooster?

I have one double tufted with a semi tail, and i have one rumpless clean faced. They were hatched out at same time along with some other tailed and rumpless clean faced araus and some bearded ameraucanas(Bought eggs seperate 12 araucanas and 12 ameraucanas, not mixed between the two). out of all of them the tufted was the bravest and most friendly of the others. So i culled all but the tufted and rumpless (of the araucaunas) to try to stay close to breed standards. Can anyone tell by the pics the sex of the tufted one. They are late afternoon cell phone pics so they are not top quality, sorry. might try again tommorow with more sun.

i want to say the first is a roo but age and better pictures would help

they hatched out 3-5-12, so about 3 months. Yeah i will get better pics today.
