He said we could have any animal as long as when we move out we take them with us. I loved the house. Now it's up to mom to figure up finances. Hopefully this week we will be packing! Mom likes the house too. It's all tile and is a light blue outside and has a shed/leanto that actually would be a cute coop

Update. Probably won't get the house this month, which means it will probably be rented before we can. We can get the money for the security deposit and rent, but not to put gas in the tank and all that and that's needed. I wish something could make those ends meet.
