Separate a pullet/cockerel with peck wounds?

I have a 7 week on Barred Rock with what I believe to be peck wounds on each side of head. I noticed them and thought it was just red from wattle growth or possibly ears? This morning spots are bigger and really red. I have not witnessed any pecking but don’t know why wounds are worsening. My flock of 6 are definitely figuring out their pecking order right now based on chests out and flying around run landing in a stand off position. The run is 11x17 with plenty of obstacles and hiding places and Coop is 8x8. The birds are not roosting at night yet but all cuddle together on coop floor covered with pine shavings. I purchased blu-kote at farm store. Will I need anything in addition to tend to wounds? Any advice is appreciated.

I don't see any obvious peck wounds. Just looks like red earlobes. Redness gets deeper as they mature and hormones start running. Cockerels will get redder earlier than pullets, pullets will redden significantly as they get closer to point of lay.
