Separated chick

I had to separate my chick when about 2 or 3 weeks ago, the mom was done and scalped one of them. I separated that one, now he is healed and the others won’t accept him back, they chase, peck and the chick just screams and can’t get away. I had it separated in a small kennel next to the brooder so they can hear each other. I now have it under a laundry basket in the brooder, will this work? How much time do I need to give them? How much chasing and pecking is too much? They are all about 7 weeks now, I plan on putting them out in the big coop this week, do you think it’s just too small of a container and that’s why they are so aggressive? Help!

The entire pen is way too small. Try moving them as soon as possible to a larger area and boredom and overcrowding can result in bullying. If you have many cocks especially try to have at least one other watering or feeding station if trouble persists and try to provide a place where the bullied one can hide or escape. You'll need to cut down on your number of cocks shortly.....

I let one of the hens hatch out some eggs, this is my first time. Can you tell if these are hens or Roos? And any Roos will have to be butchered, what age do you do that at?
