Separating my chicken

I have a chicken that went broody. Somewhere on these blogs it was suggested to separate her in a cage with her own food and water. My question is, should I put her back into the coop at night?

No I keep mine in the broody cage until she is no longer broody. however I would take mine out during the day for a bit of exercise as long as she's away from the nest. Mine would be fine away from the nest but as soon as she got near nesting material she would puff up and sit. If she is still sitting when you take her out for activity then place her back into the broody cage. Make sure the cage has air flow to cool off her breast and abdomen. It gets really warm when they are broody and the cooling of the abdomen helps break the broody cycle. Make sure she has plenty of food and water near her and she's eating and drinking.
