Separating the pullets from the roos

Should we separate the hen from the roos sence we aren't breeding yet? There is some age difference, the older roo likes to bully the smaller roos and pullets.

You could house them separately all roosters until you are ready to breed. Or thin out the number of roosters and see if that helps.
