That was pretty cool.......I was so surprised the yolk didnt break!!!!! I might have to try that one just for fun (I'll prolly break the yolk lol)

.... I never even heard of sticking your hands in the egg to separate the whites. I just use the shell. Easy peasy....

Easy peasy, but difficult to get a good separation. You almost always end up with some white in with your yolk. Crack it in your fingers and the yolk will stay in your fingers while ALL the white falls through. That's how my wife does it, but I usually make a mess. That's why I started cracking it in a bowl then just grabbing the yolk.
