Aledia, no woories! You take care of yourself and i will see you soon at a swap sometime up there!!!! I didn't take any pic's ...............LOL. I wasn't feeling good the day before and was brain farting all day. My arthritis was acting up and i was in MAJOR pain. Just tried not to show it!!!

I didn't make it either. I ended up going to Tallahassee that day to look at a truck with a 40 ft 6 horse trailer, more of a van really, with living quarters. It was such a good deal that I couldn't pass it up and ended up getting it for my move to MN.

Sorry I missed the swap though.

I wish I didn't have to go, I am going to miss Florida so dang much. But the economy is killing me. If I stay, I'd have to give up all my critters so it really isn't much worth it to me. Me without my animals is like a lion without it's teeth-it wouldn't survive long and neither would I.

And yes, I still have chickens that need placing, as well as a pair of Bourbon Red turkeys, 2 muscovy drakes, and CHICKS... I'm going to try to go to the Dunnellon TSC swap. Also some spare incubators and/or parts like auto turners and such.

I understand completely I may have to leave as well. I can not find work here and the forecast for jobs in FL is not good. Oh well its off to a new adventure for you. And I find that different breeds are more popular and abundant in different areas. So let us know when you get settled what you new flock consist of. Lots of luck.

Heather, I will be at your Sept 11th swap with cages. If anyone is interested in any cages, I need to build more and I take special requests. I will be towing a small trailer down with some of my larger 3 hole cages that are ideal for rabbits. I will take some pictures of them and post the pics.

Here are some pic of some of the cages. These cages I use as brooder cages and they are also good for rabbits. They have a space under the cage for a tray or I put newspaper there. These cages are 24" wide x 24" deep x 18" high. I also make some 24" high like the bottom cage.

These are the larger cages. The three hole cages are up off the ground so the poop will fall through. They are 48" long (overall length) x 24" high x 24" deep. Each hole is 16" wide. The top cage is a single. I also make a 4' double hole cage each hole 24" wide.

Here is a pic of the cages I build in many different sizes and wire mesh.
