I believe Mass law requires NPIP to sell anywhere off your property so It would probably be a good idea down the road , right now Mass is free dont wait too long though, like NH it will be going back to a fee basis once the grant runs out.

If they are under 16 weeks you can sell them in mass no NPIP needed.16 weeks and up then yes.
